Our top priority is our families health and wellness. But do you put yourself into that list as top priority? If you do, then I applaude you. Many women don’t until there is a major problem. By taking care of ourselves, we can better take care of our loved one’s.
Our blog has been created to help with nutrition, fitness, mental health, and general health tips and ideas for women. If you ever have any questions you can send them to questions@BusyMommaWellness.com. I highly encourage you to ask, so we can learn together. I will keep all questions anonymous unless you have told me otherwise.
A little about me. My name is Val and I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach in Washington state. I have been in competitive sports and dance since the age of 4. My favorite sports are soccer, volleyball, and extreme mountain biking, but we run around and play more with the kids. I’m married to my high school sweetie and we have 2 kids (11 and 8). I own a couple of websites along with my personal training business. My first baby is www.LittleScrapbookShop.com and then my newest is www.BusyMommaWellness.com. I am a computer addict and I’m not afraid to admit it.
My future goal is to go back to school, yet again, and get my degree in nutrition.
I look forward to bringing you ideas you can apply to your everyday life both physically and mentally. Remember it’s the little things we do for ourselves everyday that keep us healthy.
